Kim Kardashian is said to have 'teared up' after being told her sister Kylie Jenner was pregnant, according to reports.

36 year-old Kim, who is currently expecting her third baby with husband Kanye West via surrogate, is said to have taken a while to process the news.

A source revealed to PEOPLE , that Kim's first reaction was "Seriously?"
